Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 0 to 3 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience OR
- Diploma and 4 to 7 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of information systems and network technologies in the Human Resources – Learning & Development area.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as SDLC, Agile, and/or Scrum.
- Experience with supporting integrated system architecture, including hosted applications, on-premises applications, custom applications, and reporting environments, such as AWS data lake platforms.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 schedule, including weekends, is required.
